Good morning. I treat myself with Paxtin, Pregabalin and Fluanxol. Can I use Ibuprofen for menstrual cramps? Thank you

The concomitant use of ibuprofen and paroxetine in Paxtin may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding, especially in people with inflammatory bowel disease or gastric or duodenal ulcers. Ad hoc use of ibuprofen, if you do not have the aforementioned ailments, should not be dangerous, but you should be careful when combining both drugs. If you experience any disturbing symptoms, you should stop using ibuprofen.
If the pain is not severe, you can also take a painkiller containing paracetamol, which does not interact with the medicinal products mentioned in the question.
