Do you know when Medikinet CR 40 mg and Nakom mite will be available in wholesalers?

Good morning
I have a question about the drugs: Medikinet CR 40 a 30 tabl and Nakom Mite a 100 tabl . Is it known when it may be available in pharmaceutical wholesalers? I always get the I DON'T KNOW/NOT STATED information. Best regards

Medikinet CR 40 mg is currently available in approximately 11% of pharmacies connected to the portal:

Nakom mite in approx. 18%:

At the moment, the manufacturer of Medikinet does not plan to increase deliveries to Polish. Availability has been clarifying for several months at a similar level:
