Unfortunately, Tadalafil cannot be combined with Entreto either.

In the case of patients treated for hypertension and at the same time having problems with erection, we unfortunately fall into a vicious circle. We know that the blood flow to the corpora cavernosa of the penis is crucial for the erection mechanism. Therefore, the efficiency of the cardiovascular system is essential, and all diseases and disorders within it can weaken the strength and durability of the erection.

The ingredient in Entresto is valsartan, which lowers blood pressure.

On the other hand, the mechanism of action of potency drugs is to dilate blood vessels and facilitate blood supply to the cavernous bodies of the penis. When using Entresto in combination with erection drugs, the hypotensive effect of both drugs may overlap, and thus a strong reduction in blood pressure.

I would suggest that you consult your doctor, who knows your test results and will be able to determine whether the use of these medicines is too risky for you.

Here you can check the availability of the drug and book it at the pharmacy:
