Can I be pregnant if I wore the 3rd Evra patch for 2 weeks and only 2 days after it was removed did I start a new pack?

She has been using Evra patches for 7 years. After 4 weeks I peeled off the patch (I extended it due to the trip). I should have applied a new patch on Wednesday but I forgot, on Thursday I had intercourse without additional protection and I applied the patch only on Friday. Is there a high risk of getting pregnant or do I have nothing to worry about?

Yes, there is a risk of pregnancy.

About 10 days after intercourse, you should take a pregnancy test, which you can buy at the pharmacy. If the result is negative, you can continue to use the patches. Since the interval between successive packets of patches was longer than 7 days, the protection may be reduced. When using the patches in the new pack, you must use an additional form of contraception in the form of a condom. Protection will not be restored until the next cycle.

Here you can compare the prices of common pregnancy tests and order the test for home delivery or pick-up at the pharmacy:
