Can I take more Solvetussan tablets?

Can an overnight adult weighing about 98kg take two tablets of Solvetusan 60mg at a time? I would like to add that after one there is only a temporary break in coughing.

The recommended dosage of Solvetussan is 1 tablet up to 3 times a day. Do not increase doses on your own. Taking too much of the drug requires consultation with a doctor and introduction of symptomatic treatment.
