Can I stop taking Cinnarizinum if I have a squeaking sound in my ears on day 4?

I'm taking cinnarizinum on the 4th day and it started to squeak in my ears from the morning, a steady sound incessantly, can I stop taking the drug?

If you have not experienced this symptom before and it has appeared after administration of the medicine, stop taking the medicine and contact your doctor at the same time. You should mention the occurrence of an adverse reaction. Your doctor will probably change your medication to a different one.
