How long can I take Solgar Thermogenic Complex?
I would like to know how long below I can take Thermogenic complex. If I have to take breaks or I can take it all the time. Thank you

The manufacturer does not indicate the time of use of the preparation. Therefore, there are no contraindications to taking it every day. However, do not exceed the recommended dose – adults should take 2 capsules a day, preferably with a meal.
It is generally recommended that dietary supplements be taken regularly for at least 2-3 months.
I would particularly point out that a thermogenic complex should be used at the same time as a weight management program based on proper nutrition and physical activity.
