Should I worry about bleeding while using Harmonet and Cipronex?

Hello
I've been taking the contraceptive pill Harmonet for about 2 years now. At the 10th tablet, bleeding appeared. The bleeding has been going on for a week now. At the time, I was taking the antibiotic Cipronex and I was very stressed. A month ago I had an ultrasound at the gynecologist and everything came out fine. I always take my pills at the same time. Do I have anything to worry about?

Bleeding disorders may persist regardless of whether the pill provides contraceptive protection - that is, protection may be provided, but bleeding or spotting may occur.

I finished the antibiotic a week ago on Monday (09.10) - I took it for 5 days. The bleeding started a week ago on Sunday (08.10) and is still ongoing. She continues to take birth control pills regularly.
In such a situation, could the antibiotic have weakened the effect of the contraceptive pill so much that it takes so long to bleed?

Bleeding may be caused by treatment with Cipronex. During the use of Cipronex and 7 days after the end of the treatment, additional protection should be used.
