Can Pyralgine be combined with Transtec patches?

Can pyralgine be combined with Transtec 35qu/h 20mg patches?
I've read that the patches work only after 12-24 hours, can you combine these two drugs during this time until the patches don't start working?

Metamizole (the active substance in Pyralgine) is an inducer of the enzyme CYP 3A4, which is responsible for the metabolism of buprenorphine, which may reduce the efficacy of Transtec. Caution should be exercised when using such a combination and the patient's clinical response to treatment should be observed.

I am attaching materials that may be of interest to you and a link that you can use to book Transtec at the pharmacy of your choice:
