If you have not been given specific instructions by your doctor, take Vibin according to the package leaflet.
It is usually recommended to take one tablet per day. Determine which time of the day is most convenient for you and take Vibin at a fixed time. Also, please use it regularly.
If you start taking Vibin tablets on day 1 of your natural menstrual cycle (i.e. on the first day of your menstrual bleeding), you are protected against pregnancy from day one.
You can also start taking Vibin on another day of your menstrual cycle. In this case, it is recommended to use an additional barrier contraception, i.e. a condom, for the first 7 days of taking the pills.
