Hello, I want to start using normatabs tablets that contain vitamin A, I am already taking vitter tran for immunity, which also contains vitamin A. On the leaflet of normatabs there is information not to take other preparations containing this vitamin. Can I take both supplements every day? I would be grateful for your reply.

It is not recommended to use both dietary supplements at the same time.
Vitamin A, i.e. retinyl palmitate, is present in both preparations. Normatabs in one tablet has 400 μg of vitamin A, while Vitter Blue Tran has 800 μg of vitamin A in one capsule.
The recommended daily intake of vitamin A is 800 μg. If you use both preparations at the same time, you will exceed the dose twice.
Please remember that vitamin A is also supplied to our body with food, e.g. in eggs, fish, butter.
Vitamin A in excess is a toxic compound. Hypervitaminosis A is most often the result of improper use of dietary supplements (overdose).
Normatabs can be ordered from the pharmacy via Wolt Drive: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/54501/normatabs-tabletki/apteki?pvid=187596#internetowe
Similarly, Vitter Blue Tran https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/97308/vitter-blue-tran-z-dorsza-islandzkiego-z-witaminami-i-kwasami-omega-3-kapsulki/apteki?pvid=243384#internetowe
And have the product at home within an hour.
