Hello, I have been taking Tezeo 40 mg for a month, I have been reading the leaflet and looking for some information on the internet about this preparation and I am concerned about the side effects that may occur 😬 when using this drug, how much can you eat in a day, e.g. bananas and tomatoes or otherwise what can you not eat ? I'm asking because I don't want to give up something I like to eat at the expense of some chemical pill...

The risk of hyperkalaemia when using Tezeo in a person without additional burdens such as diabetes, kidney failure, etc. is small.
Please remember that every medication may or may not cause side effects, not everyone has them.
You should also not give up a healthy, varied diet, rich in vegetables and fruits - including those that provide potassium.
It is true that the drug can increase potassium levels and lower blood sodium levels, so regular (on average once every six months or as indicated by the doctor) monitoring of electrolytes in the blood is recommended.
