Can Valsacor and Nebilet be combined?

Good morning. I have a question: can I combine drugs like valsacor and nebilet together? In the right doses. And under control of blood pressure?

These drugs can be combined with each other. In this case, blood pressure values should be monitored regularly and the results should be presented to the doctor at the next visit.
