Eliquis 2.5 mg (20 tablets) is reimbursed for the following indications:
1) Venous thromboembolic complications in adult patients who have undergone elective total hip arthroplasty (up to the 38th day after the arthroplasty) or knee arthroplasty (up to the 14th day after the arthroplasty).
2) Treatment of deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism and prevention of recurrent deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.
To receive the medicine free of charge, the patient must be at least 65 years old.
