How is Duphaston used?

Hello, I have been prescribed the drug duphston 1 * 1 tablet for 7 days and when the bleeding begins from the 15th to the 25th day of the cycle after one tablet and so for 3 cycles
So I understand that after the first cycle I will get menstruation again and I have to take pills from the 15th to the 25th day of the cycle? Those 7 initial days were only for inducing menstruation?

The active substance in Duphaston is dydrogesterone. Indications for use are progesterone deficiencies or hormone replacement therapy.
