Can I use Voltaren SR 75 with Apap?

Can I use Voltaren SR 75 with Apap? ( Voltaren I have saved for pain in the case of a broken collarbone, while Apap with menstruation). I still take Arketis 2.5 tabs per day . Can I use all this together?
If I take Apap during menstruation, do not take Voltaren SR 75 anymore?

Both Voltaren SR 75 and Arketis have been prescribed by doctors, who should always be informed of the medications used.

The active substance in Voltaren SR 75 is diclofenac. Indications for its use include pain caused by post-traumatic and post-operative inflammation and swelling, e.g. after dental or orthopaedic procedures.

If you are taking Arketis, if you use it in combination with Voltaren SR 75, look out for unusual bleeding or bruising. The combined use of these preparations increases the risk of bleeding.
In my opinion, the use of Voltaren will mean that you will not need to use Apap (paracetamol). However, please note that there is no interaction between the two drugs.
