Are there any contraindications to the use of Macromax and Omega Cardio?

Hello
Due to high cholesterol I am taking Omega Cardio, at the moment I got an infection and the doctor prescribed me macromax. Are there any contraindications to using these two preparations together? Best regards

The summary of product characteristics does not indicate a risk of interaction with Macromax and the preparation containing garlic. It is worth taking both medicines at different times of the day (remembering that subsequent doses of antibiotics should be taken at the same time) in order to avoid stomach irritation and possible malabsorption.
