I gave the child Pyrantelum Owix, valid until 10.2024, only later I read that the drug can be administered up to 21 days after the first opening, I think that it has been open for more than these 21 days. What to do in this situation? Repeat the dose, this time from the newly purchased drug or abstain and observe the child?

I do not think that there is a need for an additional dose of the drug (excess may increase the risk of side effects). Taking expired or opened drugs longer than recommended by the manufacturer may reduce the effectiveness of the treatment and - in an extreme situation - cause poisoning (active substances may decompose, etc.). It is necessary to observe the child. If you experience disturbing symptoms (vomiting, fever), you should see a doctor.
