There are some interactions between the drugs included in the question.

During the simultaneous use of the drugs Mirtazapine and Melatonin, the patient may experience excessive sedation, drowsiness, dizziness, difficulty concentrating, thinking, assessing the situation and performing the intended movements. The use of any preparation, including the one available without a prescription, you should consult with the attending physician.
