Description of computed tomography with contrast. In the right kidney, in the lower segment peripherally heterogeneously hypodensive area measuring 2x1.5cm with local obliteration of the kidney structure. Similar much smaller area in the posterior segment of the kidney. Laboratory tests showed an elevated level of leukocytes 12.4 thousand / ul with normal inflammatory parameters CRP 1.73 mg / l, PCT 0.02 what this may mean and what additional tests should I perform.
