Can Fluomizin and InVag be used at the same time?

Good morning, today I received from the gynecologist fluomizin vaginal tablet 10mg and InVag. I did not hear or the gynecologist did not say whether I can take these drugs together or better separately?

Preparations should not be applied simultaneously.
Unless your doctor has advised otherwise, you can use Fluomizin at night and InVag in the morning after waking up.
