When should I take Orgametril if I got my period now and I was supposed to take it from day 16 of my cycle?

In the middle of the cycle, bleeding appeared. I went to the gynecologist and it turned out that I have a cyst. The doctor prescribed me orgametril, which told me to start missing on the 16th day after the onset of bleeding. He said I wouldn't get my period. I should start taking the drug in 3 days, but today I got my period as planned. Should I still start taking orgametril or wait now again 16 days?

To do as prescribed by your doctor, wait until day 16 after the onset of bleeding.
