Why are Atoris and Tertens Am free for seniors in one pharmacy and not in another?

The husband is 76 years old. In one pharmacy for the same drug has a payment of 0 and in another 100 percent. Regarding the drug Atoris and Tertens AM. Ladies in the pharmacy claim that it depends on the prescription written./prescription is written by nurses on tel./Dot.to Pharmacies in Elbląg at the Market Square.Please explain to me what's going on? According to the list of medicines on the Internet, these medicines for seniors are free. Best regards.

Perhaps the prescription did not contain the annotation "S", i.e. free for seniors. Both drugs are on the list of free for people over 65 years of age and with a correctly issued prescription should be dispensed at the pharmacy free of charge.
