How to take Duo Fem if I work 3 shifts?

How well I read the duofem tablet for day and night . The night tablet promotes sleep. . I work in three shifts. So when I go to the night, what do I take a pill - for the day? But during the day I will not take for the night because I have to function well during the day and not doze off?
