Can Gasprid, Encorton, Ranigast and Helicid be used at the same time?

Can encorton, gasprid, helicid and ranigast be given together? I have been using these drugs for several months, but today when filling the prescription, the pharmacist recommended taking gasprid and encorton at different times. I began to wonder if helicid and ranigast also take separately? In what order and at what intervals to use these drugs? The doctor, when he prescribed them to me, did not mention anything about taking them at different times.

Gasprid should be administered approximately 15 minutes before a meal with liquid. If you take the medicine in the evening, it is best to apply the medicine before going to bed. However, Encorton should be taken with food. Concomitant use of both medicines may lead to a decrease in the levels of cisaprid contained in Gasprid. Omeprazole contained in Helicid is recommended for use approximately 30-60 minutes before a meal. Ranigast S-O-S is recommended after main meals. Ranigast Famotidine is for emergency use in case of symptoms of dyspepsia. It can be taken regardless of meals. Due to the fact that the wording of the question does not specify how many times a day the use of individual medicinal products was recommended, it is difficult to write a precise scheme. If your doctor has not prescribed a specific dosing regimen, follow the instructions above, starting with Helicid about 30 minutes before breakfast, then taking Gasprid 15 minutes before a meal. Encorton, if recommended, can be taken 1 time per day with lunch. It is important to be aware that an interaction has been demonstrated between cisapride in Gasprid and the active substance of Helicid omeprazole, which may result in cardiac arrhythmias. Therefore, it is recommended to be particularly cautious during the concomitant use of the drug and to report to the doctor any disturbing symptoms observed during treatment. You also mention that drugs have been used for several months. It is worth being aware that long-term use of omeprazole can lead to deficiencies of vitamin B12 and magnesium. It is worth paying attention to the symptoms that may accompany them, m.in. twitching of the eyelids with hypomagnesemia or anemia with vitamin B12 deficiency.
