Can I combine Castagnus with Fossidine Plus?

Good morning I have been taking Castagnus for 3 months to reduce premenstrual symptoms. Can I take Fosydine Plus by the doctor prescribed me some time ago, and I have problems with memory and concentration, neuralgia and degeneration of the spine. Please reply
