Hello, could vegacomplex supplementation, drinking a lot of orange juice and eating chocolate every day significantly increase iron levels in a 13-year-old?

Iron supplementation (e.g. VegaComplex) and chocolate eaten daily may increase the level of iron in the blood. If anything worries you, it is worth consulting a pediatrician. You may also need to test your ferritin levels. I enclose a link to a helpful entry: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/leki-na-anemie If you do not have the opportunity to consult a pediatrician, here you can use teleadvice, m.in. with an internist: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
