What can happen after taking a higher dose of Bisocard once?

Good morning. I wanted to ask about bisocard. I know that the full effect of the drug in case of hypertension heart disorders can be observed only after some time . However, I am interested in what effect it has after a single administration and what if you take a higher dose than required by mistake, can it result in a collapse, a large drop in blood pressure?

A single intake of a higher dose of bisoprolol may lead to the appearance of, m.in, hypotension, worsening of symptoms of heart failure, symptomatic bradycardia or atrioventricular block, hypoglycaemia.
