Should I look at any lines outside the box when analyzing my HIV test result?
Hello, I did a test by me for HIV. Only a dash in field C appeared on the test. I am sending a photo attached. However, when I tilted the test at an angle, I noticed that beyond the result line under the plastic you can see a line above the T-line. Does this mean anything, or should I even look at any lines outside the box?

The photo indicates a negative test result, while a laboratory test can be performed to confirm. In Warsaw, diagnostics can be performed free of charge at the Chmielna-Express clinic at 4 Chmielna Street. It should be remembered that the test should be performed 3 months after the risky situation - then the test result is reliable (from the 3rd to the 12th week there is a so-called "serological window", i.e. the time when antibodies directed against the virus are formed).
