I am after cleaning the canals before root canal treatment. Ahead of me is a trip abroad. After a week of antibiotic therapy, I feel a slight stout tooth. What can I take with me if it actually starts to hurt? What strong drug is worth buying? PS I have chronic gastritis

Gastritis excludes the use of non-steroidal analgesics and anti-inflammatory drugs due to the irritant effect of the gastrointestinal tract. Pain can be relieved by taking paracetamol or stronger pyralgine. These are drugs that have analgesic and antipyretic effects. Tablets should not be taken "on an empty stomach". https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/65496/pyralgina-tabletki/ulotka/241223 https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/101028/paracetamol-aurovitas-tabletki/ulotka/250515 More information about painkillers can be found here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-leki-przeciwbolowe-stosowac
