Duexon Pro is a drug intended for regular use in the treatment of bronchial asthma, while Berotec (short-acting β2-mimetic) is a drug for ad hoc use in bronchial asthma attacks. If you have not managed to control the symptoms of asthma, despite the use of an inhaled corticosteroid and an emergency medicine (such as Berotec), your doctor may recommend that you include a medicine containing both a corticosteroid and a long-acting β2-mimetic (such as Duexon Pro).
