Can I change the time of taking Neoparin injections to an earlier time?

Hello, I wanted to ask, I have a metatarsal fracture and I use the prescribed injections of NEOPARIN 40mg once a day, and I wanted to know if if I take the drug around 22, can I take the next day earlier and nothing would happen? I just can't take it any other way, and I won't do it myself, because I'm afraid of needles, and my husband has to leave for a day, and I won't be able to do it at the same time. Best regards
