Is Saxenda stored 12 hours at room temperature usable?

Good morning, I was transporting the drug saxenda home about an hour of time. Then I put in the refrigerator. Unfortunately, at night there was a power failure and the drug-not used pens for max 12 h lay at room temperature - we had no idea about the failure overnight. In the morning after opening the refrigerator was in it. Room. Is the drug suitable for use if it is colourless and clear?

Unopened pens should be stored at a temperature (2°C – 8°C), the product stored for 12 hours in a non-working refrigerator does not meet this requirement and the manufacturer does not guarantee the safety of its use. I enclose the information contained in the Summary of Product Characteristics: "Before first use: Store in a refrigerator (2°C – 8°C). Do not freeze. Store away from the cooling element. Once you start using your pen: The pen can be stored below 30°C for up to one month or in a refrigerator (2°C – 8°C). Do not freeze. Store away from the cooling element. If the pen is not in use, put the pen cap on the pen to protect from light. " I enclose materials that may be interesting and a link through which you can book Saxenda in the selected pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-przechowywac-leki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/88452/saxenda-iniekcja/apteki
