Can Clatra, Elocom and Xyzal be used during breastfeeding?

For a few days I have been taking a medicine for urticaria - actually 3 : clatra, xyzal and elocom ointment. The doctor did not inform that I could not breastfeed with him, so I fed, do these drugs not harm the baby? Shouldn't I wean my baby? I told the doctor that I had recently given birth and was breastfeeding, he didn't comment on it now I'm afraid if I did the right thing by continuing to breastfeed? Maybe he should inform?

None of these drugs is strictly prohibited during breastfeeding. In the case of all these medicines, there is information that in the situation of breastfeeding, preparations should be used only under the supervision of a doctor and with his express consent - as you did. In my opinion, there is no cause for concern. Under the links below you can examine the availability of these preparations in pharmacies in Polish cooperating with our system: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/18223/clatra-20-mg-tabletki/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/84750/xyzal-tabletki-powlekane/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/26796/elocom-masc/apteki
