Should I stop Trittico if I have multiple side effects?

Hello, I have been taking Trittico CR for 11 days, initially 1/3 after three days 2/3, initially in addition to excessive sleepiness - I slept after 10-11 hours, I have rhinitis. This morning I felt very bad - weakness, pounding heart, heaviness in the cage, shortness of breath. After a few hours it is a little better, but I still feel bad - if it is because of this drug, can I stop it completely, or is it better to reduce the dose? And can it be by this drug at all?

Observed side effects should be reported to the doctor, who will decide on further proceedings. Do not stop taking this medicine without consulting your doctor. By the time of the visit, you can return to the dose that you tolerated well.
