How long can Orton Flex be used?

Good morning. I would like to ask if Orton Flex supplements (in sachets) can be taken continuously, e.g. for a year? I have knee degeneration and in consultation with the physiotherapist I started drinking it. But I don't know how long I'm supposed to do it. I will be grateful for the information. There are no contraindications to long-term use of Orton Flex dietary supplements. The preparation can be used until you feel the effects (at least 3 months) - then you can take a break.
