Most likely, yes, but the final decision is made by the doctor qualifying for donation. In most cases, constantly taken medications (including for allergies) are a contraindication to blood donation. I enclose information from the official website of the NCK: "Throughout the period of use of medicines (other than vitamins, oral contraceptives and hormonal drugs used during menopause) and for some time after stopping their use, do not donate blood. Always ask your donor doctor how long it takes to stop taking the drug, as medicines have different durations."
