Nosebleeds during treatment were not observed and given in the documentation of the drug Co-Prenessa. However, not all side effects of drugs are known and described - if you associate taking the drug with the appearance of nosebleeds, I encourage you to report it to your doctor. Reporting side effects allows you to gather more information about the safety of medicines and update data about them, which can help other patients in the future.
