To @Jasiu: Usually, the use of the drug alone should not lead to this type of symptoms. However, it may be one of the components and increase the risk of stroke, especially in the case of people with severe heart failure, in whom the use of Movalis is contraindicated.
Ms. Angelica, can a stroke occur after taking only one tablet of Movalis 15 mg?

Severe heart failure is a contraindication to the use of Movalis. According to the manufacturer: "Administration of NSAIDs may cause retention of sodium, potassium and water in the body, which may interfere with the action of diuretics causing excretion of sodium in the urine. In addition, there may be a decrease in the effectiveness of antihypertensive drugs. As a consequence, oedema, heart failure or hypertension may occur or worsen in sensitive patients. Therefore, clinical follow-up of patients at risk is necessary." It is therefore likely that the drug may worsen the symptoms of heart failure. If you observe these types of symptoms, you should consult your doctor as soon as possible. Side effects of medicines should always be reported to the doctor, which we write about here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane If you need to consult a doctor, here you can use the teleadvice: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-kardiologiem
