Should I use Orsalit to hydrate and replenish electrolytes?

I have a question about how electrolytes are used. The leaflets give the use for diarrhea, but I was recommended because of heart fibrillation, hot weather and the need for hydration and electrolyte replenishment. I do not know in what dose to use them, how many times a day and whether you can take a long time. And for example, can you pour a sachet into 0.5 l of water and drink it during the day, or do you have to drink it immediately after dissolving in a glass.

Ideally, a doctor who is thoroughly acquainted with your health condition, who has recommended the use of electrolytes, should specify the dosage. Orsalit can be used daily in the amount of 1-2 sachets. The contents of the sachet should be dissolved in approx. 200 ml of water. The liquid can be drunk in small portions for a longer period of time. On our portal, after adding the product to the basket, you can compare its prices in online pharmacies and place an order with home delivery or collection at the pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/57956/orsalit-dla-doroslych-o-smaku-malinowo-cytrynowym-proszek-do-wytworzenia-zawiesiny/apteki I enclose helpful materials: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/elektrolity
