How long can the side effects of Axtil last?

Hi I have a question about tablets Axtil 5mg. I just started taking these pills exactly 2 days. The pressure has dropped but I feel "dumbfounded" after them and I feel slightly dizzy. I read that there may be such side effects when starting treatment with these pills. The question is, how long can this feeling last?

Side effects usually occur in the first 2-3 weeks of treatment and disappear spontaneously over time. If the use of the drug is associated with too much discomfort and you are unable to function normally, you should consult a doctor.
