How to combine Pregabalin and Emanera?

Pregabalin and Emanera how to combine? The neurologist prescribed me to use Pregabalin 2x a day and I should also use Emanera. I know from the doctor that they can be combined, but he did not tell me if I should keep any greater distance. I take Emanera 30 minutes before breakfast and 30 minutes before dinner, and Pregabalin after a meal. Is this interval enough?
