Can Mysimba be combined with slimming preparations, e.g. tyrosine?

Hi, for a few days I use the drug mysimba, I have very big problems with losing weight and how mysimba will not help it probably awaits me only hunger strike because literally even drinking water causes me to increase weight 🫣 while I have a question, whether the drug mysimba can take any supportive supplements? For example, tyrosine supplements?

So far, no interaction has been observed between Mysimba and slimming supplements, e.g. with tyrosine. However, it would be best if you contact the doctor who prescribed the drug and tell you about your willingness to start additional supplementation – the specialist will take into account your health and try to choose the best course of action. In addition, it is worth remembering that for a better effect, Mysimba is recommended to be used in combination with a low-calorie diet.
