Can Dexamethason drops cause blurred vision?
Hello, Can Dexamethason drops cause blurred vision? Mom has iritis, the doctor recommended instillation every hour eye. The eye is no longer red and does not hurt, but mom sees behind the fog, the image is blurred. Could this be a side effect of these drops, and after discontinuation the visual acuity will return? Does this mean that the drug does not work and amblyopia is the result of inflammation?

Blurred vision after using Dexamethason drops is an uncommon side effect - it affects up to 1 in 100 people. Side effects usually disappear spontaneously after the end of treatment.
