Can Gynoxin Optima cause no bleeding?

The drug Gynoxin Optima. After applying 3 tablets, the symptoms of infection disappeared, after which in the days when the period should recur. I haven't had my period for 6 days. So far, the regular period has been postponed by a maximum of 2 days too late or too early. I rather exclude pregnancy. I have a contraceptive spiral that is in place because I checked it two months ago. I am waiting for an appointment with a gynecologist. Has anyone else had it? Did the period return on its own or with the intervention of a doctor?

I would add that I read that the problem does not concern only me after these pills, but I would like to know more
