Are over-the-counter medicines with similar effects to Fluxazole and Pimafucort available?

Good morning. For a long time I have been struggling with recurrent acute folliculitis in the intimate place. There hadn't been any obiaws for a year. Today the first efflorescence appeared. Are there any over-the-counter medications that might work: a visit to a dermatologist as late as next week. I recently took fluxazol 100mg and pimafucort cream.

If Fluxazol and Pimafucort were previously effective, it may be worth reusing a similar therapy. If you do not want to wait until you see a dermatologist, you can use the teleadvice here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-dermatologiem Without a prescription, there are no drugs available with the same composition and effect as Fluxazol and Pimafucort. For example, a steroid-based drug - hydrocortisone can be used on an ad hoc basis, without consulting a doctor, the therapy should not last longer than 7 days. Here you can compare the prices of creams with hydrocortisone in online pharmacies and order the drug with home delivery or collection at the pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/97167/maxicortan-krem/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/36803/hydrocortisonum-oceanic-krem/apteki
