As an outsider, it is difficult for me to give a definite answer, because I do not have access to your individual medical data. I can only give general information: Nolicin can be used in patients with impaired renal function - insufficiency is not an absolute contraindication. In patients with renal insufficiency, the dose of Nolicin should be adjusted accordingly as norfloxacin is mainly excreted by the kidneys. According to the Summary of Product Characteristics: "In renal failure, changes in the pharmacokinetics of norfloxacitin depend on the degree of impairment. Despite such changes in pharmacokinetic properties as prolonging the time to peak concentrations, prolonging the biological half-life and prolonging the excretion time, the concentrations of norfloxacin in the urinary tract are high enough to allow effective treatment of infections." In case of doubt, I encourage you to consult your doctor again. It is the doctor who decides whether to treat the patient m.in based on the history of the disease and the previous response to treatment. Only a doctor can decide on a possible change in pharmacotherapy. The GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to obtain a teleconsultation with a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja I enclose a link to a page where you can check the availability of Nolicin in pharmacies in Poland and book the drug in a selected pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/54339/nolicin-tabletki-powlekane/apteki?pvid=16397
