Is it possible to simultaneously take Egiramlon 5+5 with nasal ointment with erythromycin and hydrocortisone and Fanipos?

Is it possible to simultaneously take egiramlon 5 + 5 and nasal ointment with erythromycin and hydricorticone additionally I have to spray Fanipos there is also some corticosteroid?

Egiramlon 5+5 can be used simultaneously with erythromycin and hydrocortisone nasal ointment. Nasal ointment acts locally on the nasal mucosa, so it is not absorbed to a significant extent into the circulation and does not interact with medicines administered orally. The same applies to Fanipos nasal spray. Fanipos is a nasal spray that contains fluticasone propionate - a glucocorticoid with anti-inflammatory and decongestant effects in the nasal mucosa. The preparation is used, m.in. in the treatment and prevention of seasonal and year-round allergic runny nose.
