Should I stop taking antibiotics if I have mild vaginal bleeding and burning when urinating?

Hello, The doctor prescribed me an antibiotic for vaginal inflammation along with this I had to use clotrimazole 100 mg to prevent possible ringworm with an antibiotic, unfortunately after the 4th tablet there was a slight bleeding pink remnants of the tablet after morning pee on toilet paper pink and delicate burning, or stop using the drug? Or not?

You did not give the name of the medicine you are using. These may be side effects of the drug - they are usually not an indication to stop treatment. Early discontinuation of therapy may affect its effect, so in the event of side effects, it is worth contacting the attending physician who, after collecting a thorough history, will decide whether the benefits of continuing treatment outweigh the possible risks and decide on further proceedings.
