For an intimate fungal infection I used Pirolam Intima, in the morning a large amount of dissolved medicine flowed onto my underwear - should I use another tablet tonight for better effectiveness of the drug?

For an intimate fungal infection, I used Pirolam Intima as recommended in the prescription before bedtime. In the morning after breakfast, a large amount of dissolved medicine flowed out on the underwear (I estimate about half a tablet). Should I take another pill tonight for better effect? (According to the leaflet, the treatment consists of a single application of the tablet)

An increased amount of vaginal discharge is normal after the use of vaginal medication. Along with the physiological fluid, m.in part of the tablet mass in which the active substance is suspended escapes to the outside. If the medicine has been applied correctly, there is no need to repeat the treatment.
